Erasmus Charter and Policy at UPT
Our university participates in the Erasmus+ Programme as a fully accredited European higher education institution. Our involvement is guided by the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education and the Erasmus Policy Statement.
Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE)
The ECHE is the official accreditation granted by the European Commission to higher education institutions participating in Erasmus+.
It outlines the principles, quality requirements and responsibilities that UPT must respect in all Erasmus+ activities, from student and staff mobilities, to strategic partnerships and cooperation projects.
Erasmus Policy Statement (EPS)
The EPS describes how UPT implements the Charter in practice. It highlights the university’s internationalisation priorities, its goals for student and staff mobility, and the ways Erasmus+ strengthens UPT’s partnerships, academic community and global engagement.
